tak pasal2 amik comment card... aku pun tak paham kenapa...
tapi yang penting the food very2 sedap..
ala2 outback ler kot...
jab tunjuk gambar lagi satu..

memang takder keje kan.. heheh..

this want is my birthday cake..
tak baik membazir so tak payah ler beli bebanyak..
beli satu untuk aku duaorang mlantak pun dh cukup..
ya... i'm 25... is it?? betul ker?? tak percaya... aku dah tua...
takper lilin satu it means still young...hhahah..
nih muka dah tua aku..
dah kena kawin dah nih..
heheh....

this my sweet gift from my hubby..
ehhehe..
tapi lambat 2 hari cause gaji tak masuk lagi..
ish..ish... aku dah merajuk tahap cipan dah..
tiba2 dapat rose pink + chocolate.... terus tak jadi marah..

Just wanna share with all..
Yesterday i got a meeting with HOD..
and ramai including me very2 tak puas hati ngan HR (nasib baik tak der member kat hr..heheh). Is all about the TM Broad Banding yang baru nih..
TM Broad Banding is the system for staff nak naik from assistant manager to
manager, manager to assistant gm and etc... The staff have to sit every post for 2 years than rotate with the other post for another 2 years. After than they can being promoted to band 2 with some interviews. If third time they fail in that interview, they have to rotate back for 2 post.. is it very scaryyy...
so that with the new system here, mayb hav good n not.. yela for the "otai" so diaorang terpaksa duduk lagi 5 tahun untuk nak naik to other band.. is it worth it..?? n like me and colleague said "biasa la nak cut cost" is it the truely answer..( i dunno)
mayb for new like me this system ok but for others that is mayb not fair to them..
so for me going to band 2 is another 5 years... Letihnyer..
sempat aku tukar keje lain... ehehhe
nasib baik for band 1 the last salary 7 thousand something..
emm....
If my idea or explanation is wrong feel free to comment and give it right..

this want 2 days before raya.. n malam raya my dad turun kl beraya jumpa my uncle n auntie..
but we not follow bcause my nephew sakit..sian kat dia..heheh.

this is my nephew picture yg sakit paru2 berair tuh..
macam tak sakit kan.. happy semacam jek..
that day my sister n brother plan untuk masukkan antibiotik jek kat hospital..
suddenly kena tahan kat wad.. dah smart2 tiba2 kena lepak kat wad..
sabau jeler..

nih picture dia masa kat hospital tuh..
actually, dia tak kena masuk wad tapi nurse kat hospital tuh pandai2 suh masuk wad...
then abg ipar aku kena tunggu dari pagi sampai ler petang tp doktor still tak buat aper2..
sian dia.. then after my sister sampai hospital dia terus jumpa doktor,
doktor kata tak payah duk wad..
tak ker sakit ati.. rupa2nya nurse tuh pandai2 jek... biasa la kan hospital government memang camtuh.. sian kat kitaorang duk beraya kat hospital...
n kesian gak kakak aku ngan abang ipar aku muka risau giler..
ish..ish.. macam tuh la umi rasa kan biler anak2 sakit..ish..ish..

heheh... orang hari raya dapat makan kuih but i get beautiful watch...
ari tuh,masa jejalan kat d curve,rizza n i have see titus watch
and plan to buy for hantaran untuk kawin nanti..heheh tapi tak tau ler biler kan..
suddenly my auntie give the TISSOT watch from us n i think i can't afford to buy it..
alhamdulillah.. tak pasal2 dapat jam hg beribu.. sabar jeler..
